Here’s a short example to check out. Listen for the moment the bowl fades out completely and notice the peace and stillness that remains once the sound is completely gone. https://www.soundhealingcenter.com/book/SlowFadeF18Bowl.mp3

From a sound perspective, criticalness is expressed as a song that hits the same note over and over, often with a faster rhythm.
Listen here to an example (We are especially sensitive to that melody and rhythm):

Now listen to the same line with a different melody and rhythm:

Imagine you have a tiger attacking you, and you have the power with your voice to stop it. On the count of 3 (which is always 4) put your hand out and scream, No, with full power. You’re not going to hurt the kitty, you’re only setting boundaries. OK, 1, 2, 3…. NO. Sound Example: https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/No1.mp3
Now let’s do it while running love. I like to set boundaries from my solar plexus while at the same time sending love from my heart. It takes mastery to do this one. Try it. OK, 1, 2, 3…. NO (with love). Now, you can’t fool around with this one. Even though running love, you still need to be perfectly firm with your NO. No wishy-washiness. Remember, you are being abused in some way.
Sound Example: https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/No2.mp3
Can you hear the love in it?
You don’t have to scream. You can just say No firmly. Simply look at the person and with a firm resolve simply say, No.
Sound Example: https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/No3.mp3
Now, if the situation is not so intense, you could use the technique used for animals and babies. It is a sing songy, No.
Sound Example: https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/No4.mp3
Finally, my favorite way of setting boundaries is with humor. No, nitwah. Not going to do it. Negatori.
Sound Example: https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/No5.mp3

In Sound one of the most peaceful aspects is when the sound fades out smoothly and slowly just like a crystal bowl. It leaves you in a complete place of peace and stillness. Here’s an example to listen to: https://soundhealingcenter.com/book/SlowFadeF18Bowl.mp3

Meanwhile, it is obvious that 528 hertz is certainly not the frequency of love for the voice.
For most people, it is very stressful to tone such a high note. Listen to it here and try toning along with and see what you think:
https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/528Hz.mov
Many people have now reverted to 432 hertz because they say it is the frequency of the heart meridian:
https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/432Hz.mp3
Page 282
I have discovered that most people go to the home note of the key of their voice when they express love out loud.
Let me demonstrate: https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/Kitty.mp3
Some go to the musical 5th above the home note. You hear that here: : https://SoundLovingRelationships.com/files/Kitty5th.mp3
Page 284
When transmitting love, the heart actually creates harmonics in the sound of the heartbeat that are in golden mean ratios.
We have created this timbre using tone generators. Check it out here:

The most common musical interval used to express love is the minor third.
Especially descending (going from a higher note to a lower note).
To listen to a minor third go to

Page 285
The minor sixth interval is also commonly used (it is the interval in the theme song for the movie, Love Story).

Here’s one my favorites on YouTube, So Much Magnificence by Miten with Deva Premal.
It is actually Pachelbel Canon, which is the main song used for love and weddings in the United States.
